Gameplay footage shows limited sell slots that can be expanded. Upgrade only when finished candy is waiting to sell.

When to prioritize it

Watch this stage of the factory during a normal production cycle. If materials are accumulating before it or the stage is idle because it lacks capacity, it is a real bottleneck. If nothing is waiting, preserve your cash and inspect the next stage.

Return to the full priority list, check the stages on either side, and use the batch planner when your machine shows a recipe ratio.
